Overview

As BDR Operations Manager for EMEA, you drive data-driven insights and scalable operating practices to optimize BDR performance and pipeline generation. You partner with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, governance, and reporting while enabling regional alignment with global programs. You’ll lead analytics, process improvement, and technology ownership to boost productivity and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide data-driven insights and KPI reporting to BDR leadership, including funnel and productivity analyses
  • Develop and manage dashboards on territory performance, pipeline generation, MQL SLAs, and opportunity creation
  • Support QBRs and executive presentations with performance analyses and recommendations
  • Audit BDR results and reporting accuracy; identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting performance
  • Improve BDR productivity and pipeline generation through actionable recommendations
  • Support territory management, coverage analysis, and account assignments; operationalize scalable lead-to-opportunity processes
  • Drive global standardization of KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and operating procedures
  • Collaborate with Global BDR Operations and regional stakeholders to implement scalable programs across regions
  • Partner with BDR leadership, Revenue/Marketing/Sales Ops, and Enablement on interlock initiatives and reporting
  • Own sales productivity technologies (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesloft) including onboarding, license management, and adoption monitoring
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered tools to improve prospecting workflows, reporting, and operational execution

Key requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical/operational role
  • Strong understanding of BDR/SDR workflows, territory management, lead management, and handoffs to Sales
  • Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and performance measurement
  • Experience with sales productivity/prospecting tech (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft)
  • Advanced Excel skills; ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management; thrives in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
  • Nice to have: BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot); marketing automation and global/multi-region support; AI-enabled workflows
