Overview

As Influencer Manager – Balkans, you will shape how Myprotein connects with fitness and wellbeing communities across the Balkan markets. You will own and grow the regional influencer program, align with EU and global objectives, and build strong creator partnerships to drive brand awareness and commercial results. You’ll lead end-to-end campaigns, optimise performance, and stay ahead of local social trends. This role offers a chance to influence regional growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams and regional partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Balkans influencer programme operations and ensure growth, engagement, and commercial performance
• Support EU influencer strategy alignment with Myprotein brand objectives
• Develop relationships with creators, agents, and industry contacts across Balkan markets
• Produce regular performance reporting (KPIs: engagement, reach, conversions, revenue, ROI) and provide actionable insights
• Manage influencer tracking, discount codes, and offers across communications
• Source, recruit and develop new Balkan influencer talent with focus on brand fit and potential
• Collaborate with content, brand, commercial, paid media and product marketing teams on campaigns
• Own full campaign process from planning to analysis and learnings
• Ensure on-brand, high-quality influencer content aligned with local trends and campaigns
• Lead influencer payments and budget processes per internal finance procedures
• Foster collaboration across creator tiers and markets, connecting with events, social and CRM
• Identify emerging platforms and trends to future-proof Myprotein’s influencer approach
• Share market insights with EU/global teams to strengthen presence

Key requirements

• Business-level English (written and spoken)
• Experience across Balkan markets in influencer, creator marketing, social media or related field (2+ years)
• Genuine interest in health, wellbeing and fitness
• Understanding of how influencers drive brand awareness, content, and commercial value
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills
• Proactive, able to manage multiple markets, campaigns and deadlines
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into recommendations
• Experience managing influencer budgets, payments, contracts and campaign administration (desirable)
