Overview

In this role you will drive transformation programs for Commercial & Specialty Insurance clients, shaping data- and AI-enabled solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to design modernisation plans, deliver insights, and support business development. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and mentor junior colleagues while expanding the firm’s insurance data capabilities. Responsibilities

• Support workstream delivery within large transformation programmes
• Conduct analysis, generate insights and produce client deliverables
• Manage smaller project components with guidance
• Build relationships with client stakeholders
• Contribute to project planning, risk tracking and reporting
• Support proposals, research and thought leadership for business development
• Contribute to internal initiatives (knowledge development, training, propositions)
• Coach and develop junior colleagues on engagements

Key requirements

• Strong experience in Commercial & Specialty insurance either in insurer/broker or consulting on insurance
• Experience in underwriting, claims, data, strategy, transformation, or enterprise architecture related to insurers/brokers
• Understanding of the Commercial & Specialty insurance value chain and Lloyd’s/Company Market exposure
• Experience contributing to change or transformation initiatives
• Experience applying data & AI to improve business outcomes (practical experience preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Experience managing own workstreams or project responsibilities
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong academic record; undergraduate degree or equivalent
