Overview
In this role you drive the finance agenda for a fast-growing renewable energy platform within Liberty Global. You will partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial leadership across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury and governance, while steering acquisitions, integrations and investment analysis. You’ll develop scalable finance capabilities and influence major decisions supporting growth and the energy transition. This is a high-impact role with broad stakeholder exposure and a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance insight activities for egg Power
- Act as deputy to the Finance Director on capital allocation, financing and transaction matters
- Drive finance workstreams for acquisitions and strategic transactions, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration
- Own cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning for construction, acquisitions and assets
- Develop financial models and planning tools for funding, valuation and growth decisions
- Drive finance transformation through technology, automation and AI
Key requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience
- Proven experience at Senior Manager level leading complex finance workstreams
- Experience in project finance, infrastructure, renewable energy, M&A or capital-intensive environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to influence senior audiences
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical capability
