Responsibilities
- Assist partners and senior associates on leveraged finance transactions (acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings)
- Conduct due diligence and draft legal documents
- Manage complex transaction processes and timelines
- Collaborate with clients, lenders, and other advisers across industries and jurisdictions
- Stay current on developments in leveraged finance and market trends
Key requirements
- UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyer with 1–3 years PQE
- Current practicing certificate
- Proven leveraged finance experience, ideally from a top-tier law firm
- Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills
