Overview

In this role you will work as a client-facing Dynamics 365 Business Central consultant to translate business needs into effective finance-focused solutions. You will participate in end-to-end projects from requirements through testing, deployment, and go-live, with opportunities to lead initiatives. The role sits within a small, growing team in a family-owned Microsoft Gold Partner, focused on adding value for clients in the financial sector. This is a hands-on position with a clear path to progression and skills development.

Responsibilities

• Understand client vision and requirements to deliver changes
• Participate in end-to-end D365 BC projects from testing to go-live
• Lead projects when needed and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client expectations
• Present solutions and coordinate with clients and stakeholders

Key requirements

• Strong consultancy experience with Dynamics 365 BC/NAV
• Strong finance experience within D365 BC
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
• Desire to progress professionally and help others
• Some technical knowledge of D365 BC/NAV
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV certified
• Excellent presentation, organization, and time management skills
