Overview

As a Sales Engineer at Radware, you drive technical sales and manage customer relationships, shaping security and cloud solutions that fit business needs. You’ll partner with regional sales to craft account strategies and evangelize Radware’s technology to prospects and customers. The role blends deep technical design with high-impact client interactions, from POCs to RFPs. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure Win-ready proposals and solution updates, contributing to Radware’s mission of safeguarding digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities and manage the customer technical relationship
• Design solutions from Radware’s product and service portfolio based on business requirements
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to provide updates and tailored solutions
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with fully documented, technical solutions
• Manage Demos and Proof of Concept (POCs)
• Coordinate account activity to drive business analysis and reporting
• Educate customers and partners about Radware offerings through meetings, calls, and presentations
• Oversee development of customer proposals including design and delivery
• Engage in technical objection handling and follow-up on customer questions

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Network and Application Security, or related pre-sales engineering roles
• Strong understanding of networking and security architectures (on-premises or cloud)
• Solid knowledge of Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, HTTP, Load Balancing/ADC, DDoS, and web application security
• Knowledge of public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Vendor/product experience with Akamai CDN, WAF, DDoS protection and related security appliances (e.g., Cisco ASA, Fortinet, F5, Imperva, Palo Alto)
