Overview

In this role you partner with AWS Sales leaders to drive strategic finance initiatives, delivering data-driven insights that influence decisions and maximize ROI. You will build scalable financial frameworks and KPIs, enabling cross-functional governance and revenue growth. You act as a bridge between finance and sales, communicating complex analyses clearly to senior leaders. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at the intersection of finance and technology, contributing to one of Amazon’s fastest-growing businesses. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on business decisions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Leaders to design and implement strategic financial frameworks that inform decision-making and maximize ROI.
  • Create, maintain, and narrate KPIs and performance metrics to reveal trends and guide actions.
  • Conduct advanced financial analyses and develop scalable mechanisms to illuminate business drivers and opportunities.
  • Present summaries and insights to senior management with clear, actionable storytelling.
  • Lead short- and long-term planning in alignment with strategic objectives while ensuring strong financial controllership.
  • Collaborate across functions to support governance and cross-team initiatives.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor in Finance
  • Fluency in French (speaking, writing, reading)
  • Proficient in Excel (macros, indexing, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, lookup) or experience with SQL / MS Power Query / Python
  • Experience building and managing financial models for forecasting and problem solving
  • Demonstrable finance experience partnering with senior leadership and delivering analyses for strategic decisions
