Overview

As Senior Architectural Technologist you will lead delivery of projects from inception to completion within a national RIBA chartered practice. You’ll prepare building regulation packages, submit planning applications, and conduct site surveys to ensure technical compliance. You will collaborate with clients and consultants to drive successful project outcomes and support staff development. Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery

Key requirements

• Degree in Architectural Technology
• Strong post-qualification experience as a Technician in a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Strong experience working from RIBA stages 4 onwards
• Experience across a broad range of sectors
