Overview
In this role, you will join the growing corporate tax function to support reporting, compliance and strategic tax projects. You’ll work with the Head of Corporate Taxes and interact with finance teams and external auditors to deliver accurate IFRS tax notes and Pillar II compliance. This position combines hands-on tax work with process improvement and tax technology implementation. You will help scale our global tax processes in a fast-paced, international setting.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the Group tax note for consolidated IFRS reporting (annual statements, interim tax accounting, monthly board reporting)
- Forecast and report effective tax rate and cash taxes; manage uncertain tax positions
- Draft corporate tax technical notes and assist with tax audits
- Collaborate with Transfer Pricing Lead on Pillar II reporting and compliance
- Support global interest restriction calculations and transfer pricing input
- Lead or participate in tax process improvement projects and tax reporting software (Oracle TRCS, SmartView) within ERP initiatives
- Engage with external auditors and cross-country finance teams
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline tax processes and controls
Key requirements
- Qualified accountant or tax advisor
- Several years post-qualification with CPD
- Experience in corporate tax and cross-border issues
- Strong ability to explain technical issues to non-tax stakeholders
- Ability to quantify and manage tax risk
- Strong IT skills and experience with accounting reporting systems
- Effective communicator with cross-country collaboration
