Overview
In this role you drive the Global Travel Retail product and category agenda, turning global priorities into commercially driven strategies to grow sell-in and sell-out across retailers and regions. You own end-to-end performance for Core, NPD and travel-exclusive ranges, overseeing assortment, forecasting and lifecycle management. You’ll lead cross-functional discussions to align teams behind category growth and translate insights into market-relevant plans. This role offers impact across a fast-paced, global beauty business with a strong brand direction.

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve GTR product/category strategy, roadmap, and priorities across Core, NPD and travel-exclusive ranges
- Lead monthly product/category performance reviews (sell-in/sell-out/stock/forecast accuracy) and identify risks/opportunities
- Conduct monthly competitor and market reviews and translate trends into GTR actions
- Manage GTR product marketing calendar, dates, information, launch phasing and alignment
- Lead NPD forecasting and demand planning; build scenarios and recommend rephasing
- Own retailer allocations and launch phasing for NPD; maximise availability and sell-out
- Oversee end-to-end in-and-out strategy for launches, discontinuations, and range transitions
- Strategize assortment architecture and productivity by retailer/channel/market; propose listings and delistings
- Partner with VM/Commercial to optimise category space and customer journey
- Lead retailer strategy meetings with compelling category insights and next steps
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing/Commercial to shape retailer/channel plans
- Develop travel-exclusive sets including range, forecast, allocation and post-launch review
- Act as GTR product/category expert; translate insights into market plans
- Develop product strategy presentations and business cases for leadership/retailer meetings
- Own TOA and sampling forecasts/plans, align with campaigns and budgets
Key requirements
- proven track record in product or category management with ownership of strategy and commercial outcomes
- strong numerical/analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
