Overview
In this role you will lead and shape preclinical and translational biomarker strategies for DAx programs, guiding target validation to early clinical planning. You will act as the biomarker representative on project teams, coordinating across biology, in vitro/in vivo science, data science, and biomarker development to inform program milestones. You will drive external collaborations and deliver execution-ready biomarker plans that support target engagement and patient stratification, enabling efficient progression of the portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to accelerate translational decisions at Novartis by integrating scientific, technical, and operational expertise.
