Overview

In this role you help corporate clients with pensions and employee benefits, shaping risk and benefits solutions for a portfolio of new and existing clients. You will travel between Birmingham and London to meet clients and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consultancy. Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients in pensions and employee benefits
• Provide high‑quality consultancy and advisory services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Own select client relationships and contribute to client retention
• Travel between Birmingham and London to meet clients
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues to support professional and personal development

Key requirements

• Based in or near Birmingham with ability to travel to London
• Associate Consultant with a few years of experience advising corporate clients
• Knowledge of Group Risk and Health-care is advantageous
