In this role you lead design, mobilisation and delivery of high-profile transformation programmes for global occupier clients. You influence senior stakeholders, shape innovative solutions and establish governance, operating models, and delivery frameworks to turn ambitious visions into outcomes. This is a highly visible role blending programme leadership with business development, supporting growth of Savills’ Strategic Consulting and PMO offering. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to drive measurable value and lasting change for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, mobilisation and delivery of complex transformation programmes
• Advise senior stakeholders and shape innovative real estate and business solutions
• Establish governance structures, operating models and delivery frameworks
• Contribute to winning new work through compelling proposals and tender responses
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to expand advisory services
• Inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced settings
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality outcomes
