Business Analyst (Agile Products Team)

Overview

In this role you partner with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver business solutions for transformation initiatives. You will bridge business and technology, drive end-to-end analysis, and lead testing and change activities. You’ll work across high-profile programmes to improve processes and influence strategy, delivering real impact for clients. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis on transformation projects
• Gather, challenge and validate requirements via workshops and interviews
• Document current and future state processes and create user stories and specifications
• Facilitate workshops and act as liaison between business and technical teams
• Develop business cases and support solution design
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management activities
• Monitor progress and maintain project documentation

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience leading BA on large-scale change or transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and full project lifecycle
• Experience with business process modelling techniques and BA tools
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• CBAP or BCS Business Analysis qualification is desirable
