• manage non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters (domestic and cross-border)
• advise and transact for clients including banks, financial institutions, and corporates
• deliver high-quality, complex work with minimal supervision
• work collaboratively with the team to support client needs and deal execution
• contribute to business development and maintaining client relationships

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in restructuring and insolvency
