ILS Engineer

Overview

In this role, you will deliver integrated logistics support and supportability activities across the system lifecycle for defence and maritime projects. You will collaborate with engineering, project and technical teams to produce plans, logistics data and documentation. You will perform supportability, reliability and maintainability analyses and contribute to bids, risk assessments and maintenance strategies. The role involves managing logistics data, spares and provisioning, and supporting through-life and in-service requirements. This position offers impact through shaping support solutions and working within a defence-focused engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ILS and supportability activities across the system lifecycle
• Produce ILS plans, logistics data and technical documentation
• Carry out supportability, reliability and maintainability analysis
• Support bids, estimates, Statements of Work and risk assessments
• Develop maintenance strategies and support solutions
• Manage logistics data, spares and provisioning activities
• Support in-service and through-life support requirements
• Work closely with engineering, training and technical publications teams
• Assist customer queries, investigations and technical issues
• Apply relevant defence standards and processes
