Overview

In this role you lead on-site sales teams across multiple sites to hit ambitious targets, driving revenue and customer satisfaction within the customer journey. You collaborate with cross-site teams and stakeholders to optimize performance, forecasting, and market response. You shape sales strategy and marketing activity to maximise enquiries and conversions, while ensuring compliant, high-quality delivery. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate on-site sales teams across multiple sites to achieve KPI targets
  • Negotiate and drive sales rates to maximise revenue with controlled incentives
  • Supervise progress of sales, part exchanges, and legal completions with accurate monthly forecasts
  • Maintain strong local market knowledge and monitor competitors and conditions
  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to plan plot releases and optimize unit availability
  • Ensure compliance with H&S, SOPs, and internal policies across the team
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality customer journeys
  • Produce reports and participate in internal/external meetings; manage stakeholder communications
  • Develop existing and new customers through ethical sales approaches and cross-team collaboration
  • Assist with audits and promote continuous improvement in customer service and operations

Key requirements

  • Experience in sales management for a volume house builder
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders across disciplines
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency with MS Office
  • Understanding of the sales and legal process
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel within the division
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Confident handling challenging customers
  • Willingness to work weekends as required
