Senior Manager, Enterprise Solutions

Overview

In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of managed, single-tenant workspace deals in Europe, from initial client conversations to live, operating spaces. You’ll shape the go-to-market playbook with senior leadership, collaborating with design, brokerage, and construction to deliver bespoke solutions. Your impact spans negotiating terms, building integrated cost models, and ensuring successful delivery on time and budget. Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of Managed by Industrious deals from first client contact to live space
• Translate client needs into costed real estate and design solutions with design team
• Lead landlord and broker relationships and negotiate favorable lease terms
• Build commercial models and client proposals aggregating lease, build, and operating costs
• Oversee transaction from high-level terms to signed agreements with client and landlord
• Handover projects to design and construction with clear deliverables and timelines
• Help build and refine the playbook for faster deal execution in Europe
• Generate new opportunities when pipeline requires it

Key requirements

• Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals through to completion
• Strong client-facing instincts and ability to understand underlying needs
• Experience handling both client and landlord/broker perspectives in transactions
• Comfort building new business lines within an established company and taking accountability
