Overview

In this role you will design, debug, and optimize complex GPU hardware modules to achieve high performance and efficiency. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver advanced silicon solutions and contribute to design reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing. The position emphasizes hands-on RTL work, architecture refinement, and balancing trade-offs across speed, area, and power. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design, verification, and validation teams to develop silicon solutions
  • Prepare microarchitecture design specs and execution plans aligned with project goals
  • Analyze and optimize circuits balancing frequency, area, power, and performance
  • Participate in design reviews with improvement recommendations
  • Maintain and enhance the design environment and track design bugs
  • Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge-sharing and training
  • Leverage latest silicon design techniques and tools
  • Plan, schedule, and complete tasks within deadlines
  • Communicate findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Key requirements

  • Solid knowledge of digital IC design techniques and methodologies
  • Hands-on RTL design at IP or SoC level using SystemVerilog
  • Proficiency in optimizing circuit designs and balancing trade-offs for performance
  • Expertise in ASIC or FPGA design tools and environments
  • Exposure to formal proof methodology for design intent
  • Strong analytical, responsible, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, listening and collaboration skills
