Overview
In this role you will lead COP finance matters within a national, forward-thinking firm. You will manage long-term COP finance caseloads and collaborate with families, deputies, and professional attorneys to safeguard clients’ finances and property. The role focuses on specialist COP work, supported by a strong infrastructure and tech-enabled workflows. You will contribute to sustained client relationships and complex decision-making within a growing Private Client practice.

- Manage a dedicated COP finance caseload
- Oversee finances and property for individuals lacking capacity
- Collaborate with families, deputies and professional attorneys
- Support long-term client relationships
- Ensure financial decisions comply with duties and best interests
- Pure COP finance role with no mixed caseload
Key requirements
- Experience in Court of Protection finance work or strong Private Client experience with clear COP commitment
- Ability to manage own caseload confidently and independently
