Overview

In this role you will advise high-net-worth clients on succession planning, inheritance tax, and wealth preservation, while drafting wills, trusts and powers of attorney. You’ll administer complex estates and build lasting relationships with clients and professional advisers. Working alongside market-leading partners, you will contribute to high-value matters for a selective client base in a supportive, development-focused team. Responsibilities

• Advising clients on succession planning, inheritance tax, and wealth preservation strategies
• Drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Administering complex estates and handling associated tax matters
• Building long-term relationships with clients and professional advisers

Key requirements

• 2–4 years PQE with a strong grounding in private client law
• Experience working with HNWI or exposure to high-value estates and trusts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear, practical advice
