Blockchain Cyber Intelligence Vice President

Overview

In this role, you lead threat intelligence and security operations for institutional blockchain infrastructure. You will shape security and threat intelligence programs to protect assets, smart contracts, and on-chain systems. You collaborate across teams to drive coordinated responses to threats and incidents, leveraging advanced analytics and innovative security solutions. You stay current with industry trends to continuously improve the firm’s security posture. This is a chance to influence security at scale in a high-impact financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and influence comprehensive security and threat intelligence strategies, policies, and procedures to boost detection and protect blockchain assets
• Monitor and analyze on-chain/off-chain data to identify vulnerabilities and compromises, guiding threat mitigation and incident response
• Produce actionable threat intelligence products, including IOC development, exploit analysis, and threat actor tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated blockchain and enterprise security approach
• Stay updated on industry trends, on-chain threats, threat actor TTPs, and regulatory requirements to drive innovation and process improvements

Key requirements

• 5+ years in cybersecurity threat intelligence or operations with emphasis on threat detection, incident response, and security infrastructure management
• Expertise across security domains: network security, malware analysis, threat hunting, threat intelligence production, security architecture and design
• Proficiency with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools and advanced analytics techniques
• Advanced knowledge of network and infrastructure configuration/security for on-prem, cloud, or hybrid environments
