Overview
As Lead GenAI System Architect in Deloitte’s AI Institute, you’ll shape transformative AI strategies for clients and lead the design and deployment of enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions. You’ll work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable GenAI capabilities, staying ahead of research and integrating new technologies. Responsibilities
- Engage with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership to shape and deliver transformative AI strategies
- Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced AI pipelines (data acquisition, preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, secure deployment)
- Oversee development and operationalisation of state-of-the-art AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, generative techniques) for scale and robustness
- Stay at the forefront of AI/GenAI research, evaluating and integrating new technologies into client solutions
- Mentor cross-functional AI teams, promoting knowledge sharing, reusable assets, and best practices
Key requirements
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline (or strong quantitative/engineering background)
- Extensive experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise AI/ML solutions with stakeholder management
- Deep domain expertise in AI/GenAI within regulated or data-rich industries
- Proven track record of thought leadership (patents, publications, open-source contributions)
- Industry certifications (AWS/Google/Azure/IBM ML or equivalent) and familiarity with relevant courses
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences
