Responsibilities

  • Manage bridging finance and refinancing transactions across residential and commercial property matters
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial lease documentation
  • Liaise with lenders, banks and other financial institutions
  • Assist with auction property purchases and related legal processes
  • Prepare clear and detailed client reports with appropriate guidance
  • Support transaction work from instruction through to completion

Key requirements

  • Experience as a Property Solicitor or similar (1-2 years PQE in property law)
  • Experience in refinancing and bridging
  • Familiarity with Practical Law Company (PLC) resources and standard precedents
  • Experience using standard OEA precedents
  • Experience drafting board minutes, written resolutions, and director certificates
  • Understanding of corporate support work connected to property transactions
  • Interest in AI and legal technology tools (advantageous)
  • Refinancing and bridging experience
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial lease documentation
  • Working knowledge of PLC resources and standard precedents
  • Drafting board minutes, resolutions, and director certificates
  • Exposure to AI and legal technology tools
