Overview

In this role you will handle non-contentious infrastructure contracts for clients in energy, utilities, real estate and related sectors, with support from partners. You will build strong relationships across a broad client base and participate in tenders and business development. The role offers leadership opportunities, supervising junior team members and contributing to strategic planning. You will join a fast-growing, collaborative firm that values client impact and national reach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage infrastructure sector client work on complex contracts with partner oversight
  • Delegate to Associates, Trainees and Paralegals and supervise their development
  • Develop relationships across the client base and support tender activity
  • Participate in business development and contribute to team strategy
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members to aid their development

Key requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered or equivalent)
  • 2PQE+ with ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with standard industry forms; non-contentious and/or projects matters
  • Experience in energy or infrastructure sectors beneficial but not essential
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Client-focused with ability to nurture long-standing relationships
  • Proven experience supervising/managing junior team members
  • Ambition to contribute to the firm’s growth and local/national offering
