Overview

Responsibilities
- Analyze company financials, industry trends, and key risk indicators to support borrower and transaction assessments
- Assist with credit materials, portfolio reviews, and reporting to evaluate opportunities and monitor exposures
- Learn how deal structures are built and how lending decisions balance growth, risk, and client needs
- Partner with experienced professionals to understand how disciplined underwriting supports resilient client relationships
- Support informed lending decisions grounded in analysis and sound risk management
Key requirements
- Enrollment in a 3- or 4-year undergraduate degree program
- Graduating in Summer 2027
- Minimum 2:1 or higher
- Interest in business- and/or technology-related degrees
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status in the country where applying
