Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed, complex caseload of catastrophic injury matters, including brain and spinal injuries
• Handle high-value, complex serious injury cases with strategic case management
• Contribute to coverage and policy work related to catastrophic injury matters
• Support case strategy development and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Provide guidance and leadership within a top-tier defendant team
• Develop client-focused solutions and negotiate favorable outcomes

Key requirements

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5/6PQE+
• Experience in high-value, highly complex serious injury cases
• Proven track record in defendant catastrophic injury litigation
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload and deliver results in complex scenarios
• Professional credentialing appropriate to the jurisdiction (Solicitor/CILEX)
• Interest in contributing to policy work and international matters
