- Provide advice on sales and purchases of property
- Advise on agricultural tenancies and related issues
- Handle matters related to rural estates, charities, and trusts
- Deliver specialist property guidance to private individuals and organizations
- Support the wider Property team on general property matters
Key requirements
- 1–3PQE in property law (solicitor or legal executive)
- Training and experience at a firm known for Property matters
- Commercial outlook and ability to advise a diverse client base
- Proven versatility and quality across property matters
