Overview
In this role you will support the Jersey compliance program within a growth-focused firm delivering legal and fiduciary services. You will work with the compliance team to ensure regulatory adherence and risk management in the trust and funds sector. The position requires strong knowledge of Jersey legislation and codes of practice, with a professional qualification pursued or held. You will be based in Jersey and engage with cross-functional teams to maintain robust compliance processes. Responsibilities
- support the Jersey compliance program and regulatory adherence
- assist with risk assessments and due diligence
- maintain and review compliance documentation
- coordinate with trust and funds teams to ensure regulatory requirements
- stay updated on Jersey legislation and codes of practice
Key requirements
- at least 5 years’ experience within trust and company/Jersey compliance
- sound knowledge of local legislation, regulation and codes of practice relating to the trust and funds industry
- holding or studying towards ICA Advanced Certificate or Diploma
