Senior Aesthetic Practitioner | Up to 45k | West London

Overview

In this role you deliver advanced aesthetic treatments within a premium West London clinic, upholding patient safety and high care standards. You will work alongside clinicians and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless, results-driven client journey. The position combines hands-on treatment with governance and service excellence, contributing to clinic development. Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments (Sofwave, UltraClear, BBL, Moxi, Emsculpt, Hydrafacial, laser hair removal)
• Customize treatment plans based on thorough client assessments
• Adhere to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
• Conduct comprehensive skin/body consultations and educate clients
• Obtain informed consent and maintain clinical documentation
• Maintain high hygiene and infection control standards
• Ensure device calibration and maintenance
• Mentor junior therapists when required
• Support clinic revenue growth through ethical client-first sales

Key requirements

• Level 4 Diploma or Degree in Aesthetics or Beauty Therapy
• 3–5+ years’ experience delivering advanced aesthetic treatments
• Proven experience with energy-based devices and medical-grade lasers
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology and laser safety
• Excellent consultation and communication skills
• Experience working with KPIs, targets, and retail sales
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
