Practice Resource Management Consultant

Overview

In this role you align work with lawyers to fit their experience, development needs, and capacity, ensuring the right people join the right projects. You will support the Practice Resource Management (PRM) function, delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-energy practice. You collaborate with HR and leadership to advance mobility and talent initiatives across the global network. This position offers exposure to a range of projects aimed at improving efficiency and agility, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and cross-functional impact. Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of PRM services and operational excellence
• Staff Graduates, Lawyers, Senior Associates and Counsel on a daily basis
• Contribute to the Practice Management strategy across the Global Network
• Engage with HR and leadership to discuss performance and development
• Participate in projects to boost efficiency and agility of the firm
• Respond to resourcing requests with fast turnaround
• Support talent management and cross-functional collaboration

Key requirements

• Experience in resource management, people operations, workforce planning or similar
• Experience in a large professional services or corporate environment
• Experience in another role within a medium-large law firm is a plus
• Proactive with a positive, flexible, assertive attitude
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills across levels
• Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
