Overview

In this role you will lead a B2B sales team across the UK & Ireland, driving revenue across corporate, agency, and strategic partnerships. You will coach and develop the team, set clear objectives, and maintain a prioritised pipeline with strong CRM discipline. You will own revenue, margin, new business, and retention targets while supporting priority opportunities and senior-level negotiations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the UK & Ireland market approach and contribute to Blacklane’s mission as a leading premium mobility provider.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals across UK & Ireland with clear objectives and standards
  • Establish regular one-to-ones, pipeline reviews, feedback, and development plans
  • Own delivery against revenue, gross margin, new business, and retention targets
  • Maintain a well-prioritised sales pipeline with qualification, forecasting, and CRM discipline
  • Support team in winning corporate accounts, agency relationships, and strategic partnerships
  • Lead or support priority opportunities, customer meetings, and senior-level negotiations
  • Establish clear sales processes and use performance data to improve conversion and value
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Experience to improve market approach

Key requirements

  • Proven experience leading a B2B sales team across new business and account growth
  • Experience coaching and developing sales professionals with accountability and continuous improvement
  • Track record of delivering commercial results against revenue, margin, new business, or retention targets
  • Experience selling to corporate customers, travel buyers, TMCs, agencies, or strategic partners
  • CRM discipline with strong pipeline management and forecasting
  • Comfort engaging senior decision-makers and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Consultative, customer-focused approach with solid commercial judgment
  • Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration; structured, pragmatic, and team-oriented leadership style
