Quantity Surveyor

Overview

You will join a growing groundworks contractor in Bicester to manage cost, contracts and financial reporting across multiple residential projects. You will help drive profitability and ensure contractual compliance while supporting project teams. This role offers career progression and a competitive package including car allowance and benefits. Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documentation
• Monitor project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts
• Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasts
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures
• Perform other daily quantity surveying duties

Key requirements

• Experience as a quantity surveyor in residential groundworks / infrastructure
• Commutable around Oxfordshire area
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software
