Asset Manager

Overview

In this role you will join an established real estate investment firm as a Commercial Asset Manager to steer the strategy and management of assets across London, Europe and the USA. You will influence asset performance and portfolio value while supporting future acquisitions in collaboration with a high-performing team. You will handle day-to-day property management and deliver value through clear strategic analysis and execution. This opportunity combines international exposure with hands-on asset stewardship to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset strategies to maximise performance across a multi-border portfolio (London, Europe, USA)
• Manage day-to-day property operations and ensure value creation from existing assets
• Support and influence acquisitions and portfolio growth through strategic analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align asset plans with investment objectives
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans to optimise returns

Key requirements

• MRICS qualification
• strong property management background
