Human Resources Generalist

Overview

In this HR Generalist role, you support the HR Manager and People Leaders across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliant, high‑quality HR service. You will help maintain accurate records, support payroll and onboarding, and contribute to regional HR strategy. You’ll engage with colleagues to enhance employee experience and drive data‑driven people decisions. Responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end HR administrative activities (starters, leavers, transfers, promotions, appraisals)
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems
• Generate HR reports, KPI metrics, and workforce analysis
• Provide payroll administration support
• Coordinate Occupational Health and absence management
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements
• Serve as first point of contact for HR queries

Key requirements

• CIPD qualification, HR Degree, or equivalent practical HR experience
• Previous HR experience in a similar role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience with HR data and KPI reporting
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• Fluent English
