Product Manager

Overview

As a Product Manager at Unily, you will help shape the evolution of our AI-native employee experience platform. You’ll translate market and customer needs into actionable features, aligning with the Product Engineering Team and reporting to the Head of Product Innovation. You’ll own feature prioritisation, roadmap input, and user story creation, guiding delivery to meet objectives and messaging. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Community teams to stay ahead of the competition and boost customer adoption. Responsibilities

• Identify new feature opportunities with Sales and Marketing to stay ahead of competitors
• Interpret and prioritise community-led developments to boost adoption and satisfaction
• Prioritise features considering existing and new customers to contribute to the roadmap
• Plan, design, and document functional requirements for new features
• Maintain market understanding including competition and tech trends affecting go-to-market
• Continuously review the platform and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review features during build cycles and propose fixes

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ experience documenting functional requirements and creating wireframes for a SaaS product
• Ideally, experience of consulting and working with key accounts
• Demonstrative leadership skills
