Overview

In this role you own end-to-end AI-powered customer experiences within Experian Consumer Services, shaping strategy and roadmap to help users achieve financial goals. You’ll translate emerging AI tech into trusted, user-friendly products and partner with design, engineering, data science, and compliance. You’ll operate with founder-like ownership at scale, delivering iteratively in a fast-moving environment while maintaining customer trust and regulatory alignment. This role unites product, data, and technology to create impactful financial‑wellness experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product end-to-end from vision to backlog and outcomes
  • Translate AI capabilities into customer problems worth solving and build trusted experiences
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to simplify complex financial decisions
  • Balance speed with customer experience, trust, and regulatory requirements
  • Work with data science, engineering, and compliance to deliver useful, feasible products
  • Maintain documentation and decision records to keep the team aligned
  • Learn from customers and live performance to shape future iterations
  • Align with wider Consumer Services portfolio to grow the business

Key requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager for a customer-facing digital product through discovery, delivery, and iteration
  • Experience in a customer-facing or direct-to-consumer environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure fuzzy problems and test hypotheses
  • Strong judgment to define what matters to customers and collaborate with engineers and data scientists
  • Genuine curiosity about customers, markets, and evolving technology
  • Evidence of rapid learning and growth; willingness to grow into an AI PM role
