Overview
In this role you help shape major estate and infrastructure investment decisions for defence and the public sector. You work with specialists to translate needs into evidence-based recommendations and robust business cases. You’ll engage senior stakeholders, define scope and outcomes, and support governance and approvals. Responsibilities
- Define investment needs and outcomes for estate and infrastructure programmes
- Develop strategic estate plans and business cases
- Support option development, appraisal and investment strategy
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and align on success criteria
- Contribute to benefits management and realisation planning
- Produce high-quality reports and presentations for senior decision makers
- Support governance, assurance and approvals processes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape capital investment programmes
