In this role you join a respected national practice in Leeds to support a leading IP team handling a broad mix of copyright, trademarks, patents, and related rights. You will work on both non-contentious and contentious matters for clients across multiple sectors, with a clear path for growth and internal promotion. Responsibilities

• support the IP team on non-contentious and contentious matters (copyright, domain names, patents, design rights, trade marks, confidential information, database rights)
• advise clients across industries including retail, financial services, transport, utilities, pharmaceuticals and engineering
• work with multinational plc and regional clients
• participate in business development and client relationships
• contribute to the firmA0“promotion from within” culture

Key requirements

• NQ solicitor with a passion for intellectual property
• experience at a respected national, regional or City firm in IP, Commercial and/or IT work
• healthy attitude towards business development
