Overview

As Head of Engineering, you will lead and elevate the engineering function to deliver scalable SaaS for large-scale construction insights. You will mentor senior engineers, align engineering objectives with product goals, and drive architectural vision across cloud-based systems. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and other teams to ensure delivery pace and quality, while shaping engineering practices in a high-growth environment. Responsibilities

• Set and drive engineering objectives and performance standards

Key requirements

• Strong mathematical and statistical skills
• Experience managing engineering teams in SaaS within high-growth organisations
• Proven leadership with agile team inspiration and engagement
• Skilled at cross-functional stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Jira, Github, and CI/CD in agile environments
• Background in requirements-driven architecture and cloud system design
