Responsibilities

• Manage a varied real estate caseload including leases, development matters, option agreements, overage and promotion agreements
• Handle own caseload with accountability for quality and timelines
• Support the growth and development of the property team
• work within a collaborative team to deliver client-focused property solutions

Key requirements

• 2+ years PQE in commercial property from another leading law firm
• Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive
