In this role you will lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within Deloitte’s HR Transformation practice, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact cloud solutions. You’ll combine technical and functional expertise with people and project leadership to deliver across diverse client sectors, driving value, governance, and market credibility. Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle HCM Cloud modules end-to-end
• Manage risks and client expectations effectively
• Foster relationships across Technology & Transformation and other Deloitte service lines
• Challenge clients with a holistic, business-focused perspective
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to bid and marketing materials
• Provide strong recommendations on HCM applications and market expertise
• Lead diverse, multi-regional teams and support junior members
• Oversee end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud projects and deliver against objectives
• Offer insight and thought leadership on HR Cloud industry trends as a Subject Matter Expert
• Build capability by coaching project teams and acting as a people leader
• Provide cross-functional leadership and value through multi-disciplinary collaboration

Key requirements

• Specialist functional knowledge of at least one Oracle HCM Cloud module – end-to-end
• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience
• SC Security clearance or eligible
• Experience building trusted stakeholder relationships at all levels
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and advise teams
• Clear, persuasive communication of point of view
• Broad HR processes knowledge and deep module-specific business processes
• Excellent written and oral communication; experience presenting, chairing, and facilitating meetings/workshops across UK and Europe
