Engagement Manager – Life Sciences Quality

Overview

In this role you will lead complex Quality-focused consulting engagements for life sciences customers, shaping end-to-end delivery and strategic outcomes. You will drive business development, expand client networks, and act as the Quality Consulting lead for strategic accounts. The position blends strategy, operations, and technology to build a market-leading practice. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that advance customer success and industry outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project engagement teams and oversee delivery planning and execution
• Own end-to-end design, build, and delivery to achieve project goals
• Proactively pursue business development and propose differentiated solutions
• Serve as the Quality consulting lead on strategic accounts
• Provide industry, market, and functional insight on Quality challenges
• Build trusted client relationships and act as primary contact for strategic/tactical queries
• Develop and disseminate thought leadership and market campaigns

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 8+ years of consulting experience in a top strategy/management firm
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or MedTech Quality; experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
• Demonstrated leadership of consulting teams in delivering complex projects
• Strong project management skills
• Credibility with senior Life Sciences customers
• Proven ability to develop new high-impact engagements
• Deep understanding of Quality processes and systems
• Ability to travel up to 25%
