Overview
In this role you translate global Systems & Filtration strategy into region-specific plans across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, driving regional growth with Sales, Tech, MarCom, and Global Segment Marketing. You’ll own regional activation for priority segments, including demand generation, launches, and channel actions, while gathering competitive intelligence and market insights. You will partner across functions to convert strategy into measurable regional outcomes and impact the business’s water solutions footprint. This is a hands-on, cross-functional marketing leadership role with a strong go-to-market focus.

Responsibilities
- Translate global segment strategy into region-specific priorities for Europe, Middle East, and Africa
- Develop regional strategy packs and maintain view of what matters for commercial execution
- Own regional execution plans for priority segments including growth initiatives and launches
- Build regional target lists and map value-chain stakeholders and buying dynamics
- Identify whether growth gaps are demand- or execution-driven and partner with Sales to close them
- Drive share-gain through competitive insights and targeted value propositions
- Lead regional channel marketing effectiveness with distributors and go-to-market alignment
- Own local demand generation and market activation with campaign planning and localized messaging
- Support regional growth goals by measuring campaign effectiveness and aligning to profitable growth
- Drive regional product launch execution and capture early market adoption feedback
- Lead regional trade show selection and post-event insights
- Execute regional voice-of-customer activities and feed learnings back into strategy
- Provide ongoing market and competitive intelligence to inform decisions
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field; MBA preferred
- 5–7 years in strategic marketing, market development, product management, or related role
- Strong business and financial acumen with data-driven decision-making
- Proven strategic marketing capabilities (segmentation, targeting, value proposition) and regional activation
- Ability to learn new markets quickly via primary research and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Results-driven with strong interpersonal skills and ownership mindset
- Experience working across diverse, cross-functional and multi-region teams
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder influence
- Experience in water treatment, membrane technologies, filtration, wastewater, desalination, or related markets preferred
- Ability to travel up to 40%
