Overview

In this role, you will lead SAP AMS pre-sales and delivery efforts, shaping value-driven service models and governance for complex SAP engagements. You’ll present transformation roadmaps to senior stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win and mobilize AMS deals. You drive continuous service improvement, release governance, and DevOps initiatives within SAP landscapes. Responsibilities

  • Support SAP AMS pre-sales cycles including scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development
  • Design value-driven AMS delivery models aligned with client objectives (hybrid, offshore/onshore, outcome-based)
  • Present AMS roadmaps and governance to C-suite, program leaders, and procurement
  • Create RFP/RFI responses, pricing models, resource pyramids, SLAs, and KPIs for AMS engagements
  • Conduct client workshops, fit-gap assessments, and service discovery to identify AMS opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to shape winning AMS propositions
  • Lead client demos, bid defenses, and orals, articulating AMS value proposition and operating model
  • Familiar with competitive landscape to differentiate AMS offerings

Key requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP service delivery management & AMS presales or related roles
  • Strong understanding of SAP systems (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, SAP FSM, ECC6.0)
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow; ITIL accreditation or equivalent; SAP RUN methodology expertise
