Overview

As General Manager, you own the store’s P&L and lead performance across sales, margins, and costs. You’ll drive continuous improvement, coach a high-performing team, and foster an inclusive culture aligned with END.’s values. You’ll shape local store strategy using customer insights and cross-functional collaboration to boost loyalty and operational excellence. This role offers impact at scale within a globally recognised fashion retailer that blends online and physical shopping experiences. You’ll help steer growth through data-driven decisions and leadership that elevates the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full P&L for the store, meeting or exceeding revenue, margin, and cost targets
  • Monitor KPI performance (sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, stock loss, customer satisfaction) and drive improvements
  • Set measurable store objectives aligned with commercial goals and develop action plans for trading opportunities
  • Lead store planning including staffing, stock flow, VM and promotions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, People, Marketing to align initiatives
  • Influence wider business decisions with local market insights and data-driven recommendations
  • Drive operational standards through efficient processes and compliance
  • Develop and coach the store team through training and succession planning
  • Develop strong client relationships (B2B where relevant) and use customer feedback to shape strategy
  • Contribute to broader initiatives and projects that drive innovation and growth
