In this Senior Manager role, you will lead transformation initiatives for clients’ Compliance functions, blending regulatory insight with data, technology and change delivery. You’ll shape operating models, processes and data architectures while guiding AI-enabled solutions to improve risk management and regulatory outcomes. You’ll work with senior stakeholders across banks, brokers and asset managers to turn priorities into actionable delivery plans. Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Compliance transformation priorities with senior leaders across financial services clients
• Redesign operating models, processes, controls and ways of working for practical, scalable change
• Assess Compliance data and technology architectures and translate requirements for delivery teams
• Identify, evaluate and implement technology-enabled Compliance solutions (AI, automation, analytics, workflow) with governance and explainability
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and translate strategic priorities into measurable delivery outcomes

Key requirements

• Experience with financial services organisations on Compliance transformation, regulatory change, or control programmes
• Strong understanding of Compliance operating models, governance, processes, controls, MI, and data/tech enablement
• Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into functional requirements and delivery artefacts
• Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics or workflow solutions in controlled environments
• Strong programme and delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication with senior stakeholders
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across diverse groups
