Credit & Collections Analyst

Overview

In this role you will manage credit lines and accounts receivable for EME & APA, from financial assessment to collection. You will support sales and brands with credit decisions, handle disputes, and ensure compliance with policies. The position offers exposure forecasting, credit insurance processes, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to sustain cash flow and risk management. This is a hands-on role in a global agricultural business with a focus on responsible credit stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Allocate daily payments
• Dispute resolution
• Financial assessment and account grading
• Manage Credit Insurance procedures and Financing Direct Sales
• Collect Accounts Receivable
• Exposure forecasting to assess credit lines and resolve holds
• Provide support to sales, brands, Marketing, Internal Audit
• Comply with AGCO’s Credit and Bad Debt policies

Key requirements

• 2 years credit control experience
• accounting background and core accounting principles
• Minimum High School level of Education
• Confident Excel skills and strong data entry capability
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, dealers, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
