Senior Manager, Partner Field Operations

Overview

In this role you help shape Snowflake’s partner-led growth strategy by turning market insights into actionable plans. You will work at the intersection of Partner, Sales, Finance, Revenue Ops, and Data & AI to optimize the partner motion and inform investment decisions. The role blends strategy, analytics, and execution to drive ecosystem performance and scalability. You will influence cross-functional teams through data-driven storytelling and executive-ready recommendations. This is an opportunity to impact how Snowflake collaborates with partners to accelerate growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations to accelerate partner-led growth and expand routes to market
• Support long-range and annual planning, plus investment prioritization within the Partner organization
• Generate actionable ecosystem insights using health scoring, predictive analytics, and performance measurement
• Analyze partner, customer, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Build business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses for initiatives and operating model changes
• Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness through AI-assisted planning and data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with Sales, Partner, Finance, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Data teams to align and execute on initiatives
• Develop executive-ready narratives and presentations that influence decisions

Key requirements

• 8+ years in strategy, business operations, partner strategy, consulting, or related roles within high-growth tech
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, GTM strategies, and B2B customer acquisition/retention
• Proven ability to build business cases, financial models, and present at executive level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data forecasting and AI-driven insights
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools; Snowflake experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
